Forbidden Fridays #15

Good evening all,

Hope you’ve had a good/relaxing/productive week (delete as appropriate)?

I’m a little late to the party today with my weekly series. Sorry about that!

To be honest, most of this week has been spent doing a few things:

  • Reading a book I recently bought. I bought this book as part of self-discovery and self-reflection, but it is quite a heavy read and based on a tonne of scientific psychological research and evidence. I have to read it in spurts. This is the book in case you’re interested:
  • I signed up to a course recently on digital marketing.  I wanted to take a professional course as part of this blog, as eventually I’d like to take it further. The ADHD part of me, though, spent last night panicking about the deadlines. This involved me then cramming to do the assessment, only to realise a few hours later that the deadline I was working to wasn’t due until next week. Idiot! No wonder the assessment seemed too hard… I’d missed two whole units before I could even do the assessment.
  • Since signing up with and taking control of that erobella account I told you about (read about that here), I’m still dealing with a ridiculous amount of timewasters. Worst of all, check out this convo I had with someone that supposedly worked for this company, even after I complained directly through email to them (yes, I’m sure it was some random person, God knows why trying to impersonate Erobella):
Note the lack of capital letter… the “just seen one of my…” poor grammar… a commar instead of a full stop. I mean, really??
  • Finally, I’m back to school next week so mentally I’m preparing for that.

So, yeah. My brain hasn’t been focused on much naughtiness this week.

As such, I’d just like to share a few images today.

Also, if you’ve ever wondered how to measure out spaghetti, I found that out today.

You can thank me later.

That’s all, folks.

Toodles,

Lexi Rose
