Happy Friday all! How has your week been? Hopefully good!
For some reason, I’ve been majorly inspired to continue writing The Message – my short erotica. Turns out, it’s not so short after all!
I’m putting this down to being back in full time work which has resulted in:
- Eating better food
- Getting more exercise (especially during work – I’m walking two to 3 miles a day now!)
- Drinking less alcohol
- Having a regular waking up time (usually 6.30am, leaving for work at 7.15am)
- Being so knackered that I’m in bed and ready to sleep by 9pm
- Before bed, or whilst in bed, I’m reading fictions on my Kindle for at least an hour (which usually inspires me to write)
So, yeah. I’ve been really enjoying writing it. Thank you to my regulars who have been reading along and giving feedback/ideas along the way!
If you’d like to catch up with M and Kate and their escapades, here are the individual parts:
The Message: A Short Erotic Story – Part 1
The Message: A Short Erotic Story – Part 2
The Message: A Short Erotic Story – Part 3
The Message: A Short Erotic Story – Part 4
Or, if you’d rather read the whole thing in one go, the link is below.
Be warned, it’s a long read, around 30 minutes read time (5k+ words):
The Message: A Short Erotic Story (Full Version)
The other update I have is around something called Elust. Most of you reading this have probably never heard of this before.
I get it, nor had I, and I definitely hadn’t wrapped my head around what it was all about until this week!
Elust is a monthly online publication sharing some of the best sex positivity posts/articles across the web. The owner, Oz, has featured my blog twice now (thanks again!). But, it was only this week did I spend time looking through the other links shared.
Suffice to say, I was truly inspired! I’ll definitely be sharing Elust publications in future.
If you want to have a read, here’s the link:
Okay, that’s all the updates for now!
Let’s get a bit silly. Have some silly memes for your Friday evening!
This meme reminded me of the original video – please tell me you know it?! It’s absolute class. If you don’t, you’re in luck. Lexi’s got your back.
If you think it ended there, you’re sadly mistaken.
Heroes don’t always wear capes, ya know. Someone created an autotune song of this woman on an American news programme. Its even better than the first.
Enjoy!
Back to memes.
I think I’ll leave it there.
Hope you’ve enjoyed trying to follow along! Haha.
Ta ra,
Lexi Rose
Xx
